Diary: Summary layout
    Allows you to choose what information appears in the Diary screen when a user clicks the Detailed Summary hyperlink.
     
  Show me
     
    The Detailed Summary can be used to provide extended information about the day or days selected in the Diary.

For example, you can show a count of how many Forecasts have been made, or how many times you clicked a particular Template button during your phonecalls.

The extra information is added to the standard summary table that appears when you first choose a date in the Diary.
     
Top   To add a new column
  Click the Add column button
  Enter a name that will head-up the column
Eg. Made Sales Pitch
  Choose between a preset count or a phrase count
     
    Examples of Preset counts are Total Duration or Events with a Forecast
Examples of Phrase counts are Annotation contains Made Sales Pitch or Subject contains Enquiry
     
  Click the Grab from a template button to choose an exact template phrase if you wish.
     
    Note If you set a Phrase count for a template button that has a male and female version of the same phrase, such as He was out and She was out, the slash symbol / indicates that either phrase will be be treated as a match. In all cases, matches are not case-sensitive.
     
  Click OK
     
Top   To delete a column
  Highlight the column you want to delete
  Click the Delete column button
     
Top   To edit a columns' properties
  Highlight the column you want to edit
  Click the Edit column button
  Make changes to the properties
  Click the OK button
     
    Tip You can double-click a column to edit it
